Honky Tonk Town is dedicated to the artists who made country music history and to the ones still making it today.

We started in 2021. Since then, more than a million people have followed us across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with over 800,000 interactions every month across all platforms. That number matters for one reason: it proves real country music never died. The audience was always here.

Why we do this

Radio has been pushing this music aside for years. Playlists keep getting narrower, and much of what built the genre simply stopped being played. We do what we can to keep it in front of people.

That means more than posting songs. It means naming the songwriters, crediting the players, and giving the context: who wrote it, who recorded it, and why it lasted. A song is easy to hear. Knowing where it came from is what makes someone go looking for more.

What we want

To keep the past alive so it reaches the next generation. If a young listener finds Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings or Loretta Lynn through us and starts digging on their own, we did our job.

Real country is not nostalgia. It is still being written.
